The 2007 Lexus IS, based on the second generation of the Lexus IS series, is a four-door luxury sedan. Geared for the fast lane, models of the 2007 IS series are designed for appearance and performance.
The ‘IS’ stands for “Intelligent Sport”. The 2007 Lexus IS retains much of the styling and quality of the '06 Lexus IS model. The Lexus was originally launched in the year 2005. The executive sports sedan witnessed immediate success.
Along with an electronic stability control system and automatic air-conditioning, the 2007 Lexus IS has Electronic Brake Force Distribution to complement its powerful four-wheel disc brakes and rear-wheel drive.
The '07 version has dimensions larger than its '06 predecessor, and 18” wheels. There are two variants of this model – the IS 250 and the IS 350. The IS 350 has a larger capacity (3.5 liter) V6 engine delivering 306 horsepower.
